How to get in touch
- Fill in the form: name, phone and address are required. Then choose the service, say when you need it and, if you like, briefly describe the situation.
- If you do not know which service you need, leave it unselected. A specialist will work it out in the conversation.
What to write in the request
- Address: street and house number or house name, town or parish. Travel and what we know about the surroundings depend on it.
- What you need: a new source (spike well, borehole or well), cleaning, repair, a pump, a filter, a water test or a water pipe to the house.
- The existing source, if there is one: spike well, well or borehole, approximate depth and age, pump type.
- The problem, if there is one: little water, sand or cloudiness, a smell, a rusty colour, the pump switches on too often.
- Test results, if you already have them, and whether you drink the water or use it only for household needs.
- Access: whether machinery can drive onto the plot, where the septic tank is, whether the source has to be in the house or basement.
- When you need the job done and whether the house is lived in all year.
What happens after you send a request
- We receive the request A message that the request has been received may arrive on the phone you gave.
- We contact you within 5 minutes We clarify anything that is unclear and state the price or agree on a site visit.
- We agree on a time We agree on the day and how machinery will reach the work site.
- The job and documents After the job, you receive a certificate of completed work, and for a borehole also the borehole passport, which LVĢMC approves.

If the water is gone or the water pipe has frozen
Switch off the pump so that it does not run dry, and in the request describe what happened and when. This helps us understand whether the fault is in the source, the pump or the pipes. More: spike well not giving water and frozen water pipe.
